But first, who are we?

We are Bridge Polymers, an international dynamic company with multiple locations in Europe and beyond. We deal in polyolefins, something you may not have heard of yet, but you actually interact with it every day. Our customers use these plastic pellets to create their own products, such as for packaging and containers. Our suppliers are global producers of petrochemicals, and our primary focus is on trading in polyethylene and polypropylene.

Bridge Polymers has multiple branches worldwide, including in Spain, Poland, Romania, America, Turkey, with our headquarters based in Eindhoven. The market in which we operate is characterized by speed. The fine, honest, and straightforward mentality within our company allows us to perform optimally in the hustle and bustle of the fast-paced trade in our market.

We are flexible and work with short communication lines, ensuring that we always stay on top of the business!

The position:

  • Talent acquisition: independently searching globally for new colleagues who can help us further grow the organization. Searching for real gems in the labor market!!
  • Guiding the recruitment process through good and transparent communication with candidates and the internal organization.
  • Conducting the job interviews.
  • Being aware of and staying informed about the legal requirements in the labor market of the local countries, in conjunction with our local HR partners.
  • Creating an onboarding program for each new candidate and following up on the execution of the program with the hiring managers 
  • Being a point of contact and advisor for the management team of Bridge Polymers and a sparring partner for leaders and employees in the areas of performance, talent, and absence management.

What do we find important?

  • You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, critical, empathetic, creative, and a team player. 
  • You have several years of experience as a Recruiter or HR business partner in an international context.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English
  • You can handle yourself in a hectic international environment.
  • Affinity with a dynamic, fast-reacting environment 
  • And you are great to work with!!
